Shipping & Delivery Terms
What are the delivery charges?
Sitaram Ayurveda offers rate as per the weight and location per order consignment and this is changeable as per the number of products ordered for shipping to selected states in the country. Orders with value above Rs.2000/-, will be shipped without delivery charges.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Generally, Sitaram Ayurveda products ordered are – delivered within 4 to 5 Working days. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery to certain destinations may take 5 to 7 Working days based on their geographic location and reach. Doctor/Distributor supplies will be through surface transport mode.
Are there any hidden costs (Sales tax, octroi etc.) on Sitaram Ayurveda products?
There are NO hidden charges when you purchase Sitaram Ayurveda products. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Sales tax, Octroi etc. if any applicable in the state of consumption, is the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged by Sitaram Ayurveda.
What does “Out of Stock” mean?
“Out of Stock” means, currently these Sitaram Ayurveda products are not available for sale. Please write to us at email@example.com requesting for product availability. This shall mean the product is temporarily unavailable only.
Does Sitaram Ayurveda deliver internationally?
Sitaram Ayurveda doesn’t deliver items internationally. You will be able to make your purchases on Sitaram Ayurveda website from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address should be in India.
To receive products to your International address, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
All Sitaram Ayurveda products are covered by Sitaram Ayurveda ‘s Customer Product Refund Policy. If the Product is found defective:
- You are entitled to return it within 7 days from the Date of Delivery for a Full Refund
- The Invoice for the Purchase should be available upon Return of the Products
- This Policy does not apply to Products that have been Intentionally Damaged or Mishandled.

To return your product, you should mail your product to Sitaram Ayurveda Private Limited, Online office, Chaitanya, Door No 24/366, Chakkamukku, Punkunnam, Thrissur 680002
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be – deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you the address to which the item should be returned.
Customers will have an option to cancel their orders through the dashboard when they login into their profile.
Customer needs to initiate the order Cancellation within the next business day after the Payment In case the order has already been shipped, they need to approach the customer care through firstname.lastname@example.org directly and get the order cancelled with Refund.
Product should not be opened/used and should be in a Marketable Condition.
