Dr. Anjali Asok MD graduated from Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science and Research, Bangalore, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine (B.A.M.S.). Additionally, she holds a postgraduate specialization in the subject Dravyaguna from RGUHS and is a Certified Yoga Teacher (RYS-200). Dr. Anjali currently serves as a Consulting Physician and Medical Coordinator at Sitaram Ayurveda.

As a staunch believer in Ayurveda and an avid Yoga enthusiast, Dr. Anjali takes a holistic approach towards her clients, making her unique in inspiring them. During the Covid-19 pandemic, she has assisted hundreds of patients worldwide through online platforms and continues to do so. Dr. Anjali specializes in:
