GUDUCHI (Tinospora cordifolia)
Also called amrutha because of its medicinal properties. The extract is used in fever and rhinitis conditions. It’s having tonic, anti-spasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, anti-arthritic, anti-lepritic, anti-allergic, and anti-diabetic properties. The powder of Tinospora is given to children by mixing with lukewarm water for nourishment and pregnant women also. The extract is given in fever conditions.
NIMBA (Azardirachta indica) .
Commonly known as neem tree. Neem is used for various skin diseases, eye disorders, ulcers, gum diseases, for birth control. It is also used as a mosquito repellent. The heartwood of the plant is used to treat vomiting, nausea, and gastritis. The presence of six elements, including iron, zinc, and copper, in varying concentrations in the extract of Padmaka, makes it a very effective herb for the skin. It retains moisture in the skin whilst helping to keep acne at bay.
RAKTHA CHANDANAM(Pterocarpus santalinus)
