The term ‘Rasayana’ in Sanskrit stands for revival and rejuvenation. Ajaswagandha rasayana is a jaggery based nourishing “avaleha’ preparation that has Aswagandha ( Withania somnifera) and Ajamamsa (Goat’s meat) as its key ingredients. Goat’s meat is hailed by classic Ayurvedic literature as the meat that is most conducive and strengthening to the human body.
